I have ordered the new Rowan magazine, after looking for hours at the beautiful photographs. I can’t wait for it to arrive, but apparently there is some delay, the online shops don’t have it really in stock, and you can’t even get it on the Rowan site.
I hope it will be there soon. There are a few patterns I would love to make. Like this one:
I like Wimpole too, from Sarah Dallas, but couldn’t find a decent picture.
This is an extraordinary piece. I really like it, but I don’t know if it would suit me. It’s knitted in Cocoon, but I would like to make it in British Sheep Breeds and with the ribbing a bit more close fitting.
Maybe I am going to order Rowan 45 too next time. I didn’t like it that much when it came out but it has grown on me. I ordered Studio 15 too, I am still in love with those two designs:
They are from Sarah Hatton. Lull is made in Summer Tweed, but I think I will make it in a cotton yarn. And I think I’ll make Lagan in wool, maybe Rowan Purelife Organic Wool.
