knitting-related

Thank god I can still browse the internet for yarns and patterns, and use Ravelry. My package from English Yarns is on it’s way, Rowan has finally delivered. I browsed on bol.com and bought a book from Jane Waller, the same author as the original A Stitch in Time. It’s called Knitting Fashion’s of the 1940’s and contains also some history about knitting in wartime. I can’t wait to read it, I hope it’s there at the end of the week.

I am also interested in Rowan Studio 15, there are two great patterns in that booklet, I would really love to knit them. I hope it’s still there next month, I don’t have the money at the moment. I like Rowan Studio 12 very much too, but you can only get in a few stores, in most stores it’s already sold out. And I really have to trust a shop before ordering there.
